Delegation orders

A delegation order may transfer a function notwithstanding that the provision conferring it has not yet come into force but no such function shall be exercisable by virtue of the order until the coming into force of that provision.

Sub-paragraph (1) above applies also to a transfer order under paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 11 to this Act.
