A transferee body shall at least once in each year for which the transfer order is in force make a report to F1the Commission on the discharge of the functions transferred to it by the order and on such other matters as the order may require and F1the Commission shall send a copy of each report received by F2the Commission under this paragraph to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of the report before Parliament.
