13In the Schedule, in the proviso to paragraph 2, for the words from “section 121” to “other magistrates” substitute “ section 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 (which exempts stipendiary magistrates from certain restrictionns imposed by the M1Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952) ” and for “that Act” substitute “ the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952 ”.
