X1 26 E+W+SIn section 1(1)(g) of the Hovercraft Act 1968 for the words “no proceedings in pursuance of the Noise Abatement Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “no proceedings in pursuance of Part III of the Control of Pollution Act 1974”.
