PENSIONS
This Order brings into operation sections 61 and 62 and 106 and 107 of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 on 26th January 2009. It also brings the following provisions of that Act into operation on 6th April 2009—sections 79 and 105;Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 1 and section 80 in so far as it relates to those Parts; andPart 2 and Part 5 (partially) of Schedule 10 (repeals) and section 116 in so far as it relates to those repeals.
