The Water (1999 Order) (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001 No. 283 (C. 14)

Appointed day

2.  The appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (“the 1999 Order”) shall be 24th August 2001—

• Part II (Articles 3 to 38),

• Articles 57 and 58,

• Schedules 1 and 2,

• Schedule 3 (to the extent that it is not already in operation),

• Schedule 6,

• Schedule 7 and Article 63(1), and

• Part II of Schedule 8 and Article 63(2) (to the extent that it is not already in operation).
