2. At the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001(1) (powers of seizure to which section 50 of that Act applies), insert—
73S. The power of seizure conferred by regulation 16(4) of the Electricity and Gas (Market Integrity and Transparency) (Enforcement etc.) Regulations 2013 (entry to premises for purposes of investigation by Gas and Electricity Markets Authority).”.
Part 1 of Schedule 1 has been amended numerous times, most recently by section 23(9) of the Cultural Property (Armed Conflicts) Act 2017 (c.6) and by S.I. 2017/730.
