16. In section 64 (financial assistance by Ministers to certain voluntary organisations), in subsection (3)(a)—E+W
(a)omit sub-paragraph (iii);
(b)after sub-paragraph (xxii) insert—
“(xxiii)section 15 and Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014;”.
