141.  In paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (persons disregarded for the purposes of council tax discount), in the definition of “care home” for paragraph (b) substitute— E+W

“(b) a building or part of a building in which accommodation is provided for an adult under Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014;”.
