The Employment Act 1988 is amended as follows.

In section 26 (status of trainees etc.), in subsection (1A), for “under section 34(1)(c) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000” substitute “or the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research under section 97(1)(d) or (e) of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022”.
