The Higher Education Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In section 11 (qualifying institutions), in subsection (1) (as renumbered by section 128(2)(a)), in paragraph (a) for “section 65 of the 1992 Act” substitute “Part 3 of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022”.

In section 20A (institutions that cease to be qualifying institutions), in subsection (4) for “section 11” substitute “subsection (1) of section 11, or a qualifying institution specified in regulations made under subsection (2) of that section,”.
