The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 147(2) of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024(1).
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (Amendment to Commencement Order No. 2) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into force on the 11 March 2026.
2. In article 2 of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2025(2)—
(a)in paragraph (b), after “90” insert “to the extent not already in force”;
(b)in paragraph (c), after “91” insert “to the extent not already in force”.

This Order makes amendments to the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2025 (“the 2025 Order”) made by the Welsh Ministers under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024.
Article 3 of this Order amends article 2(b) and (c) of the 2025 Order, clarifying that those sections come into force on the day specified to the extent that they are not already in force.
