Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that mistakes have occurred in the preparation of the County Borough of Caerphilly (Communities) Order 20261 and the County of Swansea (Communities) Order 20262, which were made under sections 37(1), and 40(1) and (2)(a) of the Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru etc. Act 20133 (“the 2013 Act”).
The Welsh Ministers consider it necessary to rectify those mistakes and make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 43(10) of the 2013 Act.
