Provisions coming into force on 1 September 20252.

The following provisions of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022 come into force on 1 September 2025—

(a)

Part 4 of Schedule 3 (assessing higher education: designated body);

(b)

paragraph 13(1), (2)(b) and (3) of Schedule 4 (minor and consequential amendments).
