This Order is the first commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Environment (Air Quality and Soundscapes) (Wales) Act 2024 (“the Act”).

This Order brings section 11 (promoting active travel as a way of reducing or limiting air pollution) of the Act into force on 31 January 2025.
