2.—(1) The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (Wales) Regulations 2024(1) are amended as follows.
(2) After regulation 10(1)(j)(iv), insert—
“(v)to ensure that it is retained for the purpose of compliance with any direction given by the Welsh Ministers under regulation 12”.
