Provisions coming into force on 15 December 2025 to the extent specified4.

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 15 December 2025 to the extent specified in relation to each such provision—

(a)

section 92(3) in relation to an order made by virtue of section 87(4) (correcting errors in an infrastructure consent order which is a statutory instrument), and

(b)

section 96(6) and (8) (legal challenges) in relation to an application for infrastructure consent.
