Decisions on the validity of applications21.
(1)
The Welsh Ministers must give notice of their decision on the validity of an application under section 33(2) or (3) of the 2024 Act within the period set out in this regulation.
(2)
The notice may include any information in relation to the application which the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate.
(3)
The period in which the notice must be given is—
(a)
in the case of an application which includes an environmental statement, within 42 days beginning with the day after the Welsh Ministers receive the application, and
(b)
in any other case, within 28 days beginning with the day after the Welsh Ministers receive the application.
