The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26(1), (2), (3)(a), (4), and (5), and 71(1) of the Elections and Elected Bodies (Wales) Act 20241, make the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 26(7) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru.
