Provisions coming into force on 10 March 20252.

Section 29 of the Children Act 20043 (information databases: Wales) comes into force on 10 March 2025.

Section 29(7)(b) was substituted by paragraph 17(3) of Schedule 4 to the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022 (asc 1) (not yet in force); section 29(14)(e) was amended by paragraph 106(2) of Schedule 19 to the Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12); section 29(15) was inserted by paragraph 106(3) of Schedule 19 to the Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12).
