Provisions coming into force on 1 January 2026

2.  The following provisions of the 2025 Act come into force on 1 January 2026—

(a) section 1 (new Part 2A of the 2019 Act);

(b) section 3 (new Part 2B of the 2019 Act);

(c) section 5 (post-legislative scrutiny);

(d) section 6 (activities to improve accessibility of Welsh law);

(e) section 8 and Schedule 3 (consequential amendments).
