Amendments to the 2017 Regulations

13.  In regulation 4 of the 2017 Regulations, after paragraph (1)(k) insert—

“(l) £46 per year for an adult learning practitioner(1);

(m) £46 per year for a further education principal or senior leader(2).”

As defined in the entry for adult learning practitioner in Table 1 in Schedule 2 to the 2014 Act.

As defined in the entry for principal or senior leader in further education in Table 1 in Schedule 2 to the 2014 Act.
