3. The following provisions of the Act come into force on 29 August 2025—
(a)section 61 (designation of individual for the purposes of section 58(3));
(b)section 77 (stop notices);
(c)section 82(1) to (4) (offences);
(d)section 85 (warrant to enter dwelling).
