14.  Mae Rheoliadau Addysg Uwch (Cyrsiau Cymhwysol, Personau Cymhwysol a Darpariaeth Atodol) (Cymru) 2015(1) wedi eu diwygio yn unol â’r Rhan hon.

PENNOD 2Myfyrwyr o diriogaethau tramor Prydeinig a diwygiadau cysylltiedig

15.  Yn yr Atodlen—

(a)ym mharagraff 1(1), ym mharagraff (e) o’r diffiniad o “aelod o deulu”, yn lle “paragraffau 9, 9B, 9C, 9D a 9E” rhodder “paragraffau 9, 9B, 9E ac at ddibenion paragraffau 9C a 9D mewn perthynas â phersonau sydd wedi setlo yn y Deyrnas Unedig”;

(b)ym mharagraff 9C(1)(a)—

(i)yn is-baragraff (i), yn lle “yn wladolyn o’r Deyrnas Unedig” rhodder “yn berson sydd wedi setlo yn y Deyrnas Unedig”;

(ii)yn is-baragraff (ii), ar y diwedd mewnosoder “, neu a fyddai’n berson o’r fath pe bai’n preswylio fel arfer yn y Deyrnas Unedig”.

16.  Yn yr Atodlen, ym mharagraff 9D(1)(a), yn lle “sy’n wladolyn o’r Deyrnas Unedig” rhodder “sydd wedi setlo yn y Deyrnas Unedig”.
