10. Yn Atodlen 13, yn Rhan 12 (Cyfarwyddydau Cyffredinol Atodlen 13) ar ôl paragraff 13, mewnosoder—
“13A. The sign may only be placed—-
(a)to indicate or give warning of the point at which a recently imposed speed limit of 20 mph begins on a road; and
(b)during the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which the 20 mph speed limit comes into force.”
