The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 20044 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), omit the definition of “CHC”.

In Schedule 6, omit paragraph 88 (entry and inspection by members of Community Health Councils).
