Mae Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Pwyllgorau Gwasanaethau a’r Tribiwnlys) 19923 wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Yn lle rheoliad 32(1)(d)(ii) (cyflwyno dogfennau) rhodder—

the Citizen Voice Body for Health and Social Care, Wales (“the Body”) established under section 12(1) of the Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020 or any person acting on its behalf, by delivering it or sending it by post to the Body’s chief executive or board secretary at its principal office,
