Diddymwyd adran 113(3)(b) gan adran 95 o Ddeddf Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol 2008 (p. 14) a pharagraff 45 o Atodlen 5 iddi, a chan adran 166 o’r Ddeddf honno ac Atodlen 15 iddi. Mae diwygiadau eraill, ond nid yw’r un ohonynt yn berthnasol i’r Rheoliadau hyn. Mae swyddogaethau Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn arferadwy bellach gan Weinidogion Cymru yn rhinwedd adran 162 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (p. 32) a pharagraff 30 o Atodlen 11 iddi.
