The Agricultural Wages (No. 2) (Wales) Order 202217 is revoked.

An agricultural worker employed as a worker at a Grade or as an apprentice, and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in The Agricultural Wages (No. 2) (Wales) Order 2022 or any previous Orders is, from the date this Order takes effect, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Parts 2 to 5 of this Order.

In this article “previous Orders” means the Agricultural Wages (No. 2) (Wales) Order 2022 (1), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 202218, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 202019, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 201920, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 201821, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 201722, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 201623, the Agricultural Wages (England and Wales) Order 2012 and every order revoked by article 70 of that Order.
