Taliadau nad ydynt yn ffurfio rhan o dâl gweithiwr amaethyddol
16. Nid yw’r lwfansau a’r taliadau a ganlyn yn ffurfio rhan o dâl gweithiwr amaethyddol—
(a)lwfans cŵn o £9.36 y ci i’w dalu’n wythnosol pan fo’i gyflogwr yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i weithiwr amaethyddol gadw un neu ragor o gŵn,
(b)lwfans ar alwad o swm sy’n cyfateb i dair gwaith cyfradd fesul awr y gweithiwr amaethyddol yn ôl ei radd. Mae’r lwfans ar alwad yn daladwy mewn cysylltiad â phob cyfnod y mae’r gweithiwr amaethyddol ar alwad. Ni chaiff cyfnod trefniant ar alwad fod yn hwy na 24 awr,
(c)lwfans gwaith nos o £1.78 am bob awr o waith nos, a
(d)grant geni a mabwysiadu o £73.60 am bob plentyn.
