Rhaid i dâl gweithwyr amaethyddol a gyflogwyd cyn 22 Ebrill 2022 a ddioddefodd ostyngiad yn eu cyfradd isaf fesul awr o ganlyniad i’w cymathu i radd neu gategori is neu gyfradd tâl isaf is fel y’u pennir yn y Tabl yn Atodlen 1 i Orchymyn Cyflogau Amaethyddol (Cymru) 2022 barhau i gael ei ddiogelu fel bod eu cyfradd tâl o leiaf yn gyfwerth â’r gyfradd tâl yr oeddent yn ei chael ar 21 Ebrill 2022.
