32.—(1) Cyn i unrhyw adeilad newydd, adeilad a ddefnyddir at ddibenion gwahanol, neu ardal o arwyneb caled gael ei feddiannu neu ei meddiannu am y tro cyntaf, neu ei ddefnyddio neu ei defnyddio am y tro cyntaf, at unrhyw ddiben a ganiateir gan erthygl 3(1)(a)(i) rhaid iddo neu iddi fod yn gysylltiedig â’r system ddraenio briodol.
(2) Yn is-baragraff (1), ystyr y “system ddraenio briodol” yw’r system ym mharagraff 18 sy’n gymwys i’r elfen newydd.
