Terfynau sŵn a therfynau dirgryniad
3.—(1) Ni chaiff lefelau sŵn yn ystod gwaith adeiladu fod yn uwch na 65dB (LAeq, 1awr).
(2) Ni chaiff lefel dirgryniad y ddaear fod yn uwch nag—
(a)cyflymder uchaf gronynnau o 10 milimedr yr eiliad;
(b)cyflymder uchaf gronynnau o 1 milimedr yr eiliad ar 10 neu ragor o ddiwrnodau mewn unrhyw gyfnod o 15 niwrnod yn olynol.
(3) Rhaid mesur terfynau sŵn a dirgryniad o 1 fetr i ffwrdd o unrhyw wedd derbynnydd preswyl.
