Y brigiad creigiog
25.—(1) Os yw’r ffensys sy’n amgáu’r brigiad creigiog sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 1(1) yn cael eu cadw neu eu hamnewid ar ôl i unrhyw ddefnydd a ganiateir gan erthygl 3(1)(a)(i) gychwyn, mae’r amod yn is-baragraff (2) yn gymwys.
(2) Rhaid i’r ffensys fod—
(a)yn ffensys atal da byw a wnaed o wifrau galfanedig gyda physt heb eu paentio a wnaed o bren ac sy’n llai nag 1.5 metr o uchder, neu
(b)wedi eu gorffen yn y palet lliw a nodir ym mharagraff 9(2).
(3) Ni chaniateir unrhyw offer, peiriannau, deunyddiau nac eitemau eraill ar y brigiad creigiog heblaw er mwyn codi neu gynnal a chadw’r ffensys yn ôl yr angen.
