Oriau adeiladu

2.—(1) Ni chaniateir gwneud y gwaith adeiladu a restrir yn is-baragraff (2) ond rhwng yr oriau a ganlyn—

(a)0700 a 1900 yn ystod yr wythnos, a

(b)0700 a 1300 ar ddydd Sadwrn.

(2) Unrhyw—

(a)symud daear;

(b)drilio, torri neu ffrwydro;

(c)gosod arwyneb caled;

(d)defnyddio cerbydau neu gyfarpar gyda larymau bacio.
