Tirlunio
15.—(1) Rhaid plannu tirlunio newydd sy’n cynnwys rhywogaethau coed a llwyni brodorol cymysg rhwng y tirlunio presennol a ffin yr ardal ddatblygadwy.
(2) Dylai lleoliad y tirlunio newydd alinio mor agos ag sy’n ymarferol â’r ardal dirlunio newydd a ddangosir ar y map.
(3) Rhaid i’r tirlunio presennol a’r ardal dirlunio newydd, wrth fesur o ffin y tir, fod o leiaf 10 metr o ddyfnder.
(4) Pan fo’r ardal dirlunio newydd yn rhannu’n ddwy gainc fel y dangosir ar y map, gydag un gainc yn gyfochrog ag ymyl yr ardal ddatblygadwy a’r llall yn gyfochrog â’r tirlunio presennol wrth ymyl ffin y tir, mae’r dyfnder o 10 metr i’w fesur fel dyfnder cyfunedig y ddwy gainc o’r ardal dirlunio newydd a’r tirlunio presennol.
(5) At ddibenion is-baragraff (1), ystyr “rhywogaethau coed a llwyni brodorol cymysg” yw unrhyw blanhigion yn y rhestr a geir yn Rhan 4.
