13.—(1) Rhaid i’r datblygwr benodi cydlynydd cynllun teithio i oruchwylio’r cynllun teithio y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff 27.
(2) Rhaid i’r datblygwr hysbysu’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol mewn ysgrifen am enw, cyfeiriad, rhif ffôn a chyfeiriad e-bost cydlynydd y cynllun teithio o fewn un mis gan ddechrau â’r diwrnod y gwneir y penodiad.
