Cymeradwyaeth berthnasol
6.—(1) Pan fo amod yn darparu ar gyfer “cymeradwyaeth berthnasol” mae hyn yn golygu cymeradwyaeth a roddir gan yr awdurdod cynllunio lleol mewn ysgrifen.
(2) Pan fo’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol yn cael cais am gymeradwyaeth berthnasol a’i fod yn ystyried nad yw gwybodaeth ddigonol wedi ei darparu iddo i benderfynu pa un ai i roi’r gymeradwyaeth berthnasol, rhaid iddo roi gwybod i’r ceisydd am yr wybodaeth bellach neu’r dogfennau pellach sy’n ofynnol ganddo.
(3) Caiff yr awdurdod cynllunio lleol roi’r gymeradwyaeth berthnasol yn ddiamod neu’n ddarostyngedig i amodau a rhaid cyflawni’r datblygiad yn unol ag unrhyw amodau a bennir.
