The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2, 3, 10, 12(3), 15, 71, 72, 73, 74, 76(6) and (9), 78(6), 104, 105, 106, 107(5) and (7), 110(6)(a), (9) and (10), 115(9), 116, 117, 118, 119(3), (4) and (5), 203(9) and (10), 204(3)(c)(i) and 205 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061.
