Transitional provision3.

Despite the coming into force of the provisions referred to in article 2, the following must be investigated in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 3 of the 2000 Act as it applied immediately before 5 May 2022—

(a)

any written allegation made to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales before 5 May 2022 under section 69(1)(a) of the 2000 Act;

(b)

any other case that has come to the attention of the Public Services Ombudsman under section 69(1)(b) of that Act as a result of any allegation made under section 69(1)(a) before 5 May 2022.
