In regulation 1 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (Amendment of Schedule 9A) Regulations 20228, for “the day on which section 239 of the Act comes into force”, substitute “1 December 2022 (the day on which section 239 of the Act comes into force)”.
