In Schedule 1, in paragraph 4, for sub-paragraph (3) substitute—

In sub-paragraph (1), “ERASMUS scheme” means—
a
the European Union’s action scheme for the mobility of university students,
b
the scheme established by the Secretary of State for Education known as the Turing Scheme, or
c
the scheme established by the Welsh Ministers known as the International Learning Exchange Programme.
