The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 170(4)(b)(vi) of the Building Safety Act 20221.
Title1
The title of these Regulations is the Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Regulations 2022.
Provision coming into force on 28 July 20222
Section 48 (insurance: removal of requirements) of the Building Safety Act 2022 comes into force on 28 July 2022.
