The Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Act 2021 is amended as follows.

In section 13 (Welsh Ministers’ duty to publish a curriculum), in subsection (2), omit “, and any requirement imposed under section 25”.

In section 14 (review and revision of curriculum published by Welsh Ministers), in subsection (1), in paragraph (b), omit “, and any requirement imposed under section 25”.
