Amendment of regulation 17 of the Building Regulations E+W

5.  In regulation 17(2A) (completion certificates)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c), omit “consumption”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (ca) insert—

“(cb) regulation 26C (target primary energy rates for new buildings),”.
