Cydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru i ganslo dynodiad a wnaed o dan erthygl 4(1)

7.—(1) Rhaid i gais am gydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru i ganslo dynodiad a wnaed o dan erthygl 4(1) gael ei wneud yn ysgrifenedig ac—

(a)cynnwys datganiad oddi wrth y Grantî o blaid y cais;

(b)cadarnhau ei fod wedi ei wneud o dan yr erthygl hon;

(c)cadarnhau’r dyddiad y mae’n cael effaith; a

(d)fod wedi ei lofnodi gan y Grantî.

(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r Grantî ddarparu iddynt unrhyw wybodaeth bellach sy’n rhesymol ofynnol ganddynt er mwyn ystyried y cais.

(3) Wrth ystyried pa un ai i roi cydsyniad i gais i ganslo rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi sylw i—

(a)effaith y canslo ar y safleoedd morol Ewropeaidd; a

(b)effaith y canslo ar yr amgylchedd morol.

(4) Rhaid i gydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru gael ei roi’n ysgrifenedig.
