Canslo dynodiad a wnaed o dan erthygl 4(1)
6.—(1) Caiff y Grantî, o bryd i’w gilydd, gyda chydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru, ganslo’r dynodiad a wnaed o dan erthygl 4(1).
(2) Rhaid i hysbysiad canslo’r dynodiad gael ei wneud yn ysgrifenedig a rhaid iddo—
(a)cadarnhau ei fod wedi ei wneud o dan yr erthygl hon;
(b)cadarnhau’r dyddiad y mae i gymryd effaith; ac
(c)fod wedi ei lofnodi gan y Grantî.
(3) Ni chaniateir i’r Grantî geisio cydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru i ganslo dynodiad sy’n cynnwys rhan o ardal y Gorchymyn y mae lesoedd mewn grym mewn perthynas â hi.
(4) Rhaid i hysbysiad canslo’r dynodiad gael ei gyhoeddi gan y Grantî ar ei wefan cyn pen 7 niwrnod ar ôl iddo gael effaith.
