Dynodi ardal y bysgodfa unigol

4.—(1) Caniateir i’r Grantî, o bryd i’w gilydd, gyda chydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru, ddynodi ardal y bysgodfa unigol.

(2) Rhaid i’r dynodiad fod yn ysgrifenedig a rhaid iddo—

(a)nodi pob ardal sydd i’w dynodi drwy gyfeirio at ardal oddi mewn i linell a dynnir rhwng cyfesurynnau a restrir;

(b)cadarnhau ei fod wedi ei wneud o dan yr erthygl hon;

(c)datgan y dyddiad y mae i gymryd effaith; a

(d)fod wedi ei lofnodi gan y Grantî.

(3) Rhaid i’r Grantî gyhoeddi’r dynodiad ar ei wefan cyn pen 7 niwrnod ar ôl iddo gael effaith.
