Cyfrifon o’r incwm a’r gwariant, gwybodaeth arall ac arolygu
23.—(1) Rhaid i’r Grantî, erbyn 31 Gorffennaf bob blwyddyn, ddarparu i Weinidogion Cymru gyfrifon blynyddol o’i incwm a’i wariant o dan y Gorchymyn hwn ar gyfer y flwyddyn ariannol flaenorol.
(2) Rhaid i’r Grantî ganiatáu i bersonau a awdurdodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru i arolygu unrhyw gyfrifon neu unrhyw ddogfennau eraill sy’n ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn hwn sydd ym meddiant y Grantî, a rhaid i’r Grantî ddarparu i’r person hwnnw unrhyw wybodaeth bellach sy’n ymwneud â’r materion hynny sy’n rhesymol ofynnol gan y person hwnnw.
(3) Rhaid i’r Grantî ganiatáu i bersonau a awdurdodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru i arolygu ardal y Gorchymyn.
