Cydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru i reoliadau a wnaed o dan erthygl 20(1)
21.—(1) Rhaid i gais am gydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru o dan erthygl 20(1) gael ei wneud yn ysgrifenedig a rhaid iddo gynnwys—
(a)copi o’r rheoliadau drafft; a
(b)datganiad oddi wrth y Grantî o blaid y cais.
(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r Grantî ddarparu iddynt unrhyw wybodaeth bellach sy’n rhesymol ofynnol ganddynt er mwyn ystyried y cais.
(3) Cyn rhoi cydsyniad i unrhyw reoliadau rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi sylw i—
(a)effaith y rheoliadau ar y safleoedd morol Ewropeaidd; a
(b)effaith y rheoliadau ar yr amgylchedd morol.
(4) Rhaid i gydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru gael ei roi’n ysgrifenedig.
